Polyether

Flexible cellular plastic made by polyurethane-based polyole of ether type also called polyether foam. No CFC, HCFC or other physicals blowing agents are today used in the manufacturing process. The foam is produced in slabstocks which mean in a length of up to 60 m. The Polyether can be supplied in a great variety depending of application and need for different properties. The foam may be silted, die cut, laminated, water cut, CNC cut, deformation cut, milled, glued or covered with a foil some type.
Here follows a range of the different types and their areas of use:

T- quality

T- qualities

Conventional polyether, which can be, purchased in density between 23 - 75 kg/m³. They are normally used for mattresses, comfort, sealing, emballage, and household products. The material is normally manufactured without flame retardant agents.

C- quality

C- R qualities

Cold cured foam or more correct high resilience foam could be found in densities from 23 - 47 kg/m³. The use could be boat mattresses, furniture and other mattresses. The C -qualities are made flame retardant according to BS 5852 pt 2 and the R qualities are also flame retardant but according to FMVSS 302. No brominated flame retardant is used.

LF 301 DX

LF qualiteis

Flame retardant foams of polyether type according to FMVSS 302, which can be purchased in densities from 25 - 50 kg/m³. The applications are mainly noise protection, and flame laminated products with textile fabrics and foils. No bromated flame retardant is used.

D 27150

D- qualities

These are flame retardant foams (FMVSS 302) which furthermore are fogging free according to the SAAB standard 1082. We produce it in the range of 27- 55 kg/m³ and are used as noise protection products in the automotive industry respectively in common industry. No brominated flame retardant is used.

Filter foam with a density of 21 kg/m³. This foam is available in several pore sizes between 10 and 45 PPI (Pores per inch). Is very useful in different kind of water filtration and purification applications.

Fireflex T31

Fireflex T 31

This foam has a density of 30 kg/m³ and is treated to be flaming retardant according to FMVSS 302 and UL 94. The application area is wide and among them it is used as a sound absorbent in electronic, Computer, aviation, and automotive industry.

Eurocell

Eurocell

Density 80 - 150 kg/m³. The foam has excellent properties for sealing purpose where high elasticity and resilience is needed.

Conforfoam Pink

Conforfoam

A viscoelastic high-density foam with a unique shock absorption property and temperature sensible conformability. The application field is broad and used to cushions for wheel chairs and shock absorber in MC suits and special packaging.
